Mike Gullickson

Mike Gullickson is a retired special education professional who dedicated his career to serving students within the public school system. Throughout his work, he remained deeply committed to enhancing educational and life experiences for individuals of all abilities, ensuring every student had the opportunity to thrive.

In addition to his work in education, Mike held senior leadership roles with the YWCA, where he contributed to the development and leadership of aquatics programs focused on inclusion, safety, and community engagement. Across all of his roles, Mike has been driven by a passion for creating meaningful experiences that improve quality of life for others.

Mike believes strongly in the power of inclusive environments and in building opportunities that allow individuals to grow, connect, and succeed. Today, he continues to live out these values through his family and community connections.

He and his wife, Kathy, enjoy spending time with their grandsons and making the most of time together as a family. Mike also enjoys traveling, boating, following great television series, and embracing opportunities to relax and recharge.
