Kathy Gullickson

Kathy Gullickson is a retired human resources executive, community volunteer, and nonprofit leader based in Chanhassen, Minnesota, where she lives with her husband, Mike. They have two grown children and cherish time spent with their grandsons. Kathy and her family love the area and enjoy all it has to offer.

With more than 25 years of global experience, Kathy built a distinguished career as a dynamic, passionate, and strategic human resources partner. She specialized in developing and executing initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Known as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams, she earned a reputation as a top performer who inspires meaningful change across organizations and within the talent acquisition community.

Today, Kathy channels her expertise into volunteer leadership and community engagement. She serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Hennepin Arts and is the Director of Volunteers for the Klondike Dog Derby. She has also led large-scale volunteer initiatives, including organizing and managing the volunteer program for the IIHF World Junior Championship 2026 and the NCAA Women's Final Four 2022.

Kathy is deeply committed to giving back and believes that when individuals unite around a common goal, extraordinary things can be accomplished. She sees people as the true superpower of any organization and is passionate about building strong relationships that drive exceptional outcomes.
