Casey Carlson

Casey Carlson serves as the SVP/Chief Marketing Officer at Blaze Credit Union where his primary role is building awareness of Blaze and credit unions. Carlson has over 30 years of experience in marketing and leadership roles within credit unions. Along with CEO, Dan Stoltz, Carlson helped develop and grow the SPIRE Credit Union brand before it merged with Hiway Credit Union to form Blaze Credit Union in January of 2024. Over the years, Carlson has built credit union sponsorships with the Minnesota Twins, Minnesota Timberwolves, St Paul Saints, Minnesota United, 3M Open, St Cloud Rox, and Ogilive Racetrack. He has also formed endorsement relationships with athletes such as Harmon Killebrew, Kirk Cousins, Mike Veeck, Lindsay Whalen, Greta Myers, Tony Oliva, and Gable Steveson. Carlson grew up in various parts of western Montana, but Minnesota has been his home for the last 30+ years. He has a wife and two grown children and in his spare time, coaches high school baseball and serves on the board of the Woodbury Youth Athletic League (WYAL).
