Alex Tittle

Alex Tittle is the Senior Director for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Medica. In this role, he is responsible for the strategy, execution and administration, program performance, and communication related to Medica’s diversity, equity and inclusion activities. He has held senior roles with The NFL’s MN Super Bowl Host Committee, MN Sports Facilities Authority/Vikings, the MN Department of Transportation and honorably served ten years in the active U. S. Army. Alex earned his Bachelor degree from The Citadel and a dual master’s degree in Human Resources & Management. Alex currently serves on the board of directors for the Page Education Foundation, the University of St. Thomas Law School and is the board chairman for Turning Point, a chemical treatment organization in North Minneapolis.
